Forms of Ownership: (circle one)
- Single Family Home: traditional lot with one home on it for one family
- Condominium: unit within a building where each owner holds title to the unit and some portion of the common property

- Cape Cod: 1.5-2 story homes, often shingled
- Victorian: usually an older, wooden home with lots of decorative trim
- Colonial: traditional home with white columns in front
- Mediterranean: stucco, with Spanish-styled decorations
- French Provincial: patterned after French estate styles, often stone with distinctive roof lines
- Tudor/Cotswold/English Country: stucco and dark beam exteriors similar to storybook cottages
- Craftsman: usually bungalows with Arts & Crafts-styled features
- Cottage: smaller home
