    • Bundling Closing Costs: When you are ready to purchase a home, there are a several services that you have to pay which are included in your “good faith estimate”. This estimate just provides a ballpark on the final payment you need to make in order to finalize the transaction. Since First American offers all of the products and services included in the “closing costs” we are able to package them to offer you a better value and guaranty the price upfront so you have no surprises at closing. Also, for low or moderate income families in certain locations, we have a package that can help you save up to 25% additionally.
